Difference between generated and board templates?

Board templates

Board templates are created by an administrator. You can create cards, write notes, create checklists and then when creating a project, select what board template it should use.

Generated boards

Generated boards are created when an engineer either executes the project from the Windows application. Or manually creates the board from the engineer dashboard. There are based on the template. If the template has three columns: TODO, In Progress, and Done. With some items in TODO. Then the engineer can drag these to the right column to do their work.
