What is an engineer

There are two types of accounts, one is your "main" account. The one you use to create projects, actions, commands, boards, etc. And engineer accounts. Those are used to log-in to the Windows application and the Engineer dashboard.

When creating engineers, you can define some settings for them;

Name:
This will be the name that they use to login. You can also enter their email address at this field if you prefer.

Allow board access:
May the user access all boards that are already created?

Allow board creation:
Allow the engineer to create boards based on projects that they can access. The created board will be based on the template that you created and linked to that project. Just like the board that would be created if the engineer executed the windows software.

Allow changing password:
Can the engineer change their own password from the Engineer dashboard?

Allow flow access:
Allow access to the "Flows" section.

Allow access to the software reminders:
Allow the engineer to see software reminders.

Allow software reminder removal:
Allow the engineer to remove software reminders.

Allow software reminder creation:
Allow the engineer to create software reminders.

Password & Confirm password:
The password that the engineer will use to login to the Windows application and Engineer dashboard.

Projects:
The projects that the engineer can access.
