What are flows

Flows can be used to create simple "scripts". Like call scripts, or ways to make sure that everyone writes things in the same way.

You can create pages, and provide multiple follow-up pages. Then when you reached the end, you can show a message. Something that the engineer can enter into their CRM, or tell the client.
